My client is looking for a meticulous Quality Management Specialist for their Sydney location. This role requires someone with extensive experience in Quality Management to report to upper management.
  
  
The Role  

  • Administrating the Quality Management System and technical documentation to ensure proper retention of records and documents.
  • Create, update and review Quality Management System documentation in collaboration with process owners and ensure contents are appropriate.
  • Collaborate with leadership and committees to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
  • Monitor requests for changes to the Quality Management System, driving a quality culture in team behaviour and through recording of continuous process improvements.
  • Support users of the Quality Management System and communicate updates to staff when required.

  
The candidate requirements 
 

  • Previous experience administrating a Quality Management System or Document Management System
  • Experience working within regulatory and legislative practice parameters
  • Prior experience working in the health technology industry highly regarded.

Position Requirements
  
We are looking for a meticulous Legal Coordinator to work with C-suite executives and legal professionals. This individual needs a background in the legal field and must possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, be very organized, be able to manage multiple files at once, and have above average communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in the service of others, a willingness and aptitude to conduct client explanations and have a desire to grow with the company.
  
Candidate Requirements
