My client is looking for a Customer Service Officer for their Lane Cove Sydney location. This role requires someone with energetic energy for Customer Service to deliver the best outcomes to their clients.
The Role
- Customer support via phone and email
- Manage service relationships
- Ensuring quality & service standards are met
- Problem solving and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to seek out beneficial solutions
- Managing administrative functions such as processing applications and data entry
The candidate requirements
- No Previous customer service experience
- Strong ability for customer service skills
- Able to demonstrate ability in providing solutions to escalations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to multi task
