My client is looking for a Customer Service Officer for their Lane Cove Sydney location. This role requires someone with energetic energy for Customer Service to deliver the best outcomes to their clients.
  
The Role  

  • Customer support via phone and email
  • Manage service relationships
  • Ensuring quality & service standards are met
  • Problem solving and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to seek out beneficial solutions
  • Managing administrative functions such as processing applications and data entry

The candidate requirements 

  • No Previous customer service experience
  • Strong ability for customer service skills
  • Able to demonstrate ability in providing solutions to escalations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Previous customer service experience (phone and email)
  • Strong customer service skills
