Would you like to work with Australia’s largest provider of Digital Forensics tools and training?
  
My client is looking for a meticulous and technically skilled IT Programmer to work on exciting in­ house digital forensic related research and development projects under the guidance of a Subject Matter Expert.
  
The candidate should have experience with good software engineering practices, designing and developing software solutions to specifications and according to local standards and practices, and with the use of version control systems. In addition, candidates must have excellent English­ language communication skills, interpersonal skills, and be capable of working in an autonomous capacity.
  
Requirements
  
The Role & Requirements 

  • Have 3-5 years of experience working as a programmer, with 1-2 years in project or team leadership role.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of the tools and workflows required to facilitate code review, and handle code deployments
  • Know how to spot issues with code when reviewing the differences between changes
  • Have strong interpersonal communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Have the ability to take on challenging problems
  • Have the ability to work in an autonomous capacity

  
The candidate requirements 
  

  • Have experience with Ruby, PHP, Powershell or Simillar Programing Languages
  • Be able to write scripts using above languages for automation purposes
  • Understand REST APls and be able to read API documentation and use them effectively
  • Be familiar with TensorFlow and Elastic
  • Have sound HTMLS and CSS3 standards
  • Use GIT as a source control system
  • Have your own toolset or workflow to add to our existing processes
  • Experience with Nuix

  
Essential Criteria

  • Experience will C++ and Python
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • Skill certifications/qualifications are kept up to date

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • NV1 clearance preferred
  • Australian Citizenship at a Minimum to obtain future clearance
