The Position

1. Leadership & Business Growth
- Oversee and manage multiple salon locations, ensuring consistency, profitability, and high performance across all salons.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue, client retention, and team performance, ensuring that each location thrives.
- Work closely with salon managers and senior stylists to create monthly business and performance plans, track progress, and make data-driven decisions.
- Be a key player in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent, ensuring that our client is the go-to employer for the best stylists in the industry.
2. Financial & Performance Management
- Take ownership of salon P&L, budgets, and revenue goals, ensuring that each location operates profitably.
- Lead by example by delivering at least $2,000 per week in personal service revenue, ensuring a strong client connection and setting a high standard for service excellence.
- Set and monitor financial and performance KPIs for each salon and stylist, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and excellence in client experience.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, productivity improvements, and new revenue streams (e.g., retail sales, VIP memberships, package offerings).
3. Education & Brand Leadership
- Serve as the face of the company, representing the brand in the industry, online, and within the community.
- Develop and implement a structured in-salon education program, ensuring continuous upskilling of all team members.
- Stay ahead of trends, introduce new techniques and services, and ensure our client remains an industry leader.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching for stylists at all levels, driving technical mastery and service excellence.
- Mentor and develop future salon leaders, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline.
4. Customer Experience & On-Floor Leadership
- Maintain an active on-floor presence, performing services, connecting with customers, and ensuring real-time coaching of the team.
- Lead the way in customer consultations, service execution, and customer experience standards, setting the benchmark for excellence.
- Encourage and collect customer testimonials and feedback, using them to enhance salon reputation and marketing efforts.
- Create a positive, high-energy, and inspiring salon culture, fostering team collaboration, motivation, and excellence.
5. Entrepreneurial & Strategic Thinking
- Work closely with the owners and marketing team to develop innovative promotions, brand partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, continuously identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth strategies.
- Be proactive in problem-solving, ensuring that each salon runs efficiently and continues to grow in both reputation and revenue.

The Position
An exciting opportunity has become available for dynamic ADAS Calibration Engineers in North Shore Sydney. Our client offers OEM method based service and is providing the latest equipment to ensure that technicians are able to conduct all types of ADAS component and system calibrations. Technicians will be trained on ADAS calibrations that include millimetre radar, blind spot radar, forward facing cameras, and 360 view camera systems.
The Candidate
Desirable qualifications:
- Auto electrical or mechanical qualification
- Minimum 2+ years of OEM work experience on vehicle diagnostics and calibration or with proven experience in a similar environment.
- Current driver’s licence and willing to travel locally.
- A self-motivated team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with an ability to deliver outstanding customer service and able to interact with management, team members and suppliers.
- Keen attention to detail, is well presented and the ability to work unsupervised, even in high pressure situations.
- Willingness to undertake advanced training and continuous skills development is an important attribute of a successful candidate.
- Capable of providing on the job training to the junior technicians.
