The Role
 
An opportunity is now available to join the Brisbane team as a Site Manager. In this role you will be expected to lead a team of 3-5 people on the ground Communicate with other site managers, PM’s, Operations and HQ.  
 
Responsibilities will be (and not limited to): 

  • Managing, motivating, supervising, and directing site team 
  • Effectively delegate and complete daily tasks 
  • Efficiently manage your time. 
  • Be able to present to our clients and public in a professional, polite manner and represent the company’s values. 
  • Managing the works on the ground to a high quality and standard 
  • Running Site meetings/Inductions and be responsible for all documentation and communication on site 
  • Assisting with scheduling and timelining projects 
  • Liaising and building strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs 
  • Day to day management of team on the ground allocating tasks and always maintaining efficiency. 
  • Running regular toolbox meetings

A great opportunity is currently available for an experienced and dedicated Panel Beater to join our team. 

 
The Role 
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join their Panel & Paint team on a full-time capacity. The role within:

  • Perform high quality repairs in a timely manner and as per the job sheets and estimates.
  • Check received parts are correct and in good condition. 
  • Working collaboratively as part of the workshop multidisciplinary team to produce high quality repairs.
  • Assembling and disassembling vehicles as required.
  • Developing knowledge of the use and maintenance of workshop equipment
  • Using the company equipment appropriately while adhering to our OH&S policy, including the use of PPE.

  
The candidate 
The successful applicant should have the following skills/experience/qualities: 

  • To be eager to develop your skills and do quality repairs. 
  • To have experience within a body shop
  • Knowledge and experience in all facets of panel beating including chassis alignment and panel repairs
  • Restoration works a bonus but not essential 
  • Flexibility & Can-do attitude
  • To be honest & reliable
  • To work as part of a team
  • To possess an Australian Trade Qualification or equivalent
  • Open manual driver’s license required.

The Role 

In this role you will use your trade qualification or relevant industry experience skills to repair current model vehicles on a full time basis. Located in South-East Melbourne. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.15am to 4.30pm, however, we do have flexibility with these times, and even offer some employees an RDO fortnightly.
To work with a skilled team and perform vehicle repair work in accordance with body repair procedures, disassemble and reassemble vehicle body components and replacement, or change over of parts.
