The Role
The agency is seeking candidates who hold active NV1, NV2 or TSPV security clearances. Please clearly indicate the level held within your responses. Project Support Officers assist in the operations of a Project/Program/Portfolio Office and the delivery of projects.
They require multiple APS5 equivalent Project Support Officers to fill positions across the organisation. A merit pool will be created for future positions that may arise. Suitable candidates will be required to complete agency’s Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA). This will be required either prior to commencing or within 12 months of commencement, as required by the assigned work area. Takes responsibility for the provision of support services to projects. Uses and recommends project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking projects. Sets up and provides detailed guidance on project management software, procedures, processes, tools and techniques. Provides basic guidance on individual project proposals. May provide a cross programme view on risk, change, quality, finance or configuration management.

Technical skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a PSO or similar role.
