My client is an auto supplies and repair company with over 30 years history, delivering projects across Australia. They open dedicated ADAS calibration centres across Australia and as the company is growing, they are currently looking for an Auto Glazier to join their Newcastle, NSW team to deliver high quality work.
The Role
An opportunity is now available to join the Newcastle team as an Auto Glazier. The successful candidate will be responsible for deliver autoglazing services to customers with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Responsibilities will be (and not limited to):
- Engage directly with customers to assist in building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships
- Guarantee the provision of top-notch service, ensuring maximum efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
- Display professionalism at all times
- Always adhere to company Policies, Procedures, and Workplace Health & Safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively and professionally with other departments, branches, or staff to achieve business goals.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, completion, and organization for branch documentation and paperwork.
- Offer guidance and support to colleagues with product and fitting process knowledge when necessary.
- Install windscreens and provide other services, either on-site or in the workshop, as needed.
- Assist Branch Management with the upkeep of company equipment and plant as required.
The candidate
The successful applicant should have the following skills/experience/qualities:
- Certificate III in Automotive Glazing
- Experience working with light vehicles
- Driver’s license

The Company
Our client is an auto repair company with over 30 years history, delivering projects across Australia. They open dedicated ADAS calibration centres across Australia and looking to fill open roles in Darwin, Brisbane, Cairns, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.
The Position
An exciting opportunity has become available for dynamic ADAS Calibration Engineers in Darwin, Brisbane, Cairns, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. Our client offers OEM method based service and is providing the latest equipment to ensure that technicians are able to conduct all types of ADAS component and system calibrations. Technicians will be trained on ADAS calibrations that include millimetre radar, blind spot radar, forward facing cameras, and 360 view camera systems.
The Candidate
Desirable qualifications:
- Auto electrical or mechanical qualification
- Minimum 2+ years of OEM work experience on vehicle diagnostics and calibration or with proven experience in a similar environment.
- Current driver’s licence and willing to travel locally.
- A self-motivated team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with an ability to deliver outstanding customer service and able to interact with management, team members and suppliers.
- Keen attention to detail, is well presented and the ability to work unsupervised, even in high pressure situations.
- Willingness to undertake advanced training and continuous skills development is an important attribute of a successful candidate.
- Capable of providing on the job training to the junior technicians.
