Gateway Synergy is looking for an Infrastructure Operations Lead on behalf of our client. Our client is a rapidly growing company in the Defence industry, with an urgent need for exceptional professionals.
They are located all over the East Coast and are interested in highly qualified individuals interested in growing with them.
  
The Role & Requirements 

Lead the 24/7 operational Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) team
through technical excellence. Work in highly classified environments
of national significance with the next generation of Government
technology. Focus on reliability, scale and performance. Solve
complex problems and coach your team to get to the root cause of
intractable problems. Collaborate with product owners. Enable the
customer to deliver their mission.

The candidate requirements

• Ready to embrace hands-on experiences, defying the work-from-home trend for the thrill of
  action.
• A linux maestro with an interest in security.
• A trusted leader, dedicated to nurturing a close-knit team and persevering until every challenge is conquered.

Security
This is a security assessed position. The successful candidate must have the ability to attain required Federal Government security clearance.

Other
The role may require national travel, overnight stays and liaison with partners and suppliers.
