Gateway Synergy is looking for an DevOps Engineering Lead on behalf of our client. Our client is a rapidly growing company in the Defence industry, with an urgent need for exceptional professionals.
They are located all over the East Coast and are interested in highly qualified individuals interested in growing with them.
  
The Role & Requirements 

As a DevOps Engineering Lead, you will take charge of leading the
transformation towards modern DevOps practices within the
organisation. You will drive innovation and excellence, leveraging
cutting-edge technologies to optimise software development,
delivery, and operations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional
teams, you will design and deliver products that meet our customers
goals. Additionally, you will foster a culture of continuous
improvement, mentoring and guiding your team in adopting best
practices and staying ahead of the curve in the fast-paced DevOps landscape

• You are a visionary leader, passionate about revolutionising
  development operations and driving organisational success.
• As an expert in DevOps methodologies and technologies, you possess a deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle.
• Your experience and expertise allow you to effectively lead teams, inspire collaboration, and nurture talent within your organisation.
• With exceptional communication skills, you excel at building
  relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving positive change

Security
This is a security assessed position. The successful candidate must have the ability to attain required Federal Government security clearance.

Other
The role may require national travel, overnight stays and liaison with partners and suppliers.
