Position : Solution Architect

Gateway Synergy is looking for highly experienced Solution Achitect contractors for a government department. An exciting opportunity is open for various roles for a rapidly growing project. Be part of a team that makes meaningful changes and improves Australian lives. 

The Role:
The role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

•  assist with the identification of end-to-end solution portfolio, considering all relevant ICT solutions and service offerings
• design the end-to-end functional landscape and solution design to support and align desired business processes and business/ICT requirements of the customer
• assist with the identification of solution gaps and develop gap closure options such as the inclusion of components from independent software vendors or customer-specific development
• document, specify, present, and discuss end-to-end architecture and solution options, recommendations, and implications, and facilitate and support the decision process
• identify cross-process and cross-solution integration points and lead coordination across various software and service components of the end-to-end solution
• assist with the development of architectural standards, principles, and the governance framework and processes

The Candidate:
Essential criteria

• Sufficient experience in similar roles
• Experience working for government departments
• Eligibility for security clearance
