The Company
Gateway Synergy is looking for a Linux Administrator on behalf of our client. Our client is a rapidly growing company in the Defence industry, with an urgent need for exceptional professionals. They are located all over the East Coast and are interested in highly qualified individuals interested in growing with them.

The Role & Requirements 
Support the operational Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) team, contributing your Linux expertise to vital government technology in highly classified environments. Focus on reliability, scalability, and performance, helping to deliver mission-critical cloud solutions. Collaborate with your team to tackle complex problems, working together to uncover and address the root causes of daunting challenges. Aid customers in achieving their objectives by maintaining secure and robust cloud infrastructure.

The candidate requirements

• Willing to embrace hands-on experiences, defying the work-from-home trend in pursuit of purposeful action.
• A proficient Linux administrator with a keen interest in security, committed to delivering top-tier results.

Security
This is a security assessed position. The successful candidate must have the ability to attain required Federal Government security clearance.

Other
The role may require national travel, overnight stays and liaison with partners and suppliers.
