Position : Finance Officer ( Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable or AP/AR)

My client is looking for an experienced Account Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Officer for their Sydney location. 
  
  
The Role  

• Processing payments that require a high degree of accuracy exposure
• Responsible for queries
• Meeting weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reporting deadlines is critical
• Responsible for Accounts Payable, Expense Claims and Reconciliation 
• Account receivable – issue monthly statements and follow up payment
• Assist with administrative tasks as required

  
The candidate
 

• Proficiency in Excel, including creating pivot tables and charts, is essential
• Experience in finance, mainly in AP/AR is essential
• 1-2 years of Accounting experience is desirable
• Experience with Microsoft Office is highly regarded
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• High level of analytical skills with proven ability to model, analyze and summarize data
