The Role:
The role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Identify and prioritise project functional and technical needs and requirements
  • Assist in defining Business services and capability elements
  • Compile charts, tables and other forms of data visualisation
  • Assist in modelling activities to support resource and workforce decisions
  • Define and develop business strategies and goals to enable engagement with key stakeholders
  • Conduct modelling for project process and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Identify issues, risks and benefits of proposed solutions and project impacts
  • Support internal and external BAU transformation and change
  • As required, undertake any other tasks as requested by the Technical team


The Candidate:

Essential criteria

  • Experience with a similar role, preferably in a government department
  • Possesses an NV1 Security clearance or higher

The Role:
The role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Develop and operate a VMware virtualisation platform using VCF
  • Develop and operate hardware and software for VCF
  • Design, test and deploy new versions of VMware software
  • Implement regular checks to confirm system status, including hardware and software
  • Provide guidance to other technical team members on developing and operating virtual machines in VCF
  • Develop and operate a backup and recovery service for VCF
  • Manage performance of the virtual infrastructure and implement improvements to maintain required performance levels
  • Provide automation through VMware services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve VMware issues
  • As required, undertake any other tasks as requested by the Technical team


The Candidate:

Essential criteria

  • Experience with a similar role, preferably in a government department

In this role as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist you will work within a team who have responsibility for the planning, identification, and development of all the support system requirements for complex Land military systems. This includes ensuring all ILS deliverables are conducted in accordance with the contract. The ILS will be required to work collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders, subcontractors and the client’s customer base

The Role:
The role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Provide ILS support to the ILS Lead for the development and documentation of the Support System for the project.
  • Provide support to the ILS Lead for the provision of Support Services for the project.
  • Develop Logistic Analyses models for the complete required capability.
  • Provide guidance and advice to the client’s Approved Subcontractors on the development of Logistic Analyses outputs for the Hull/Chassis, Turret, and other capability subsystems.
  • Work with all contributing parties, including our subcontractors, to ensure the quality of all deliverables and exchanges with potential subcontractors are exceptional.

The Candidate:
Essential criteria

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in similar role.
  • Experience in Defence sector.
  • Security Clearance: Baseline or NV1 preferred.
  • Works cooperatively with teams and individuals.
  • Communicates well.
  • Good Interpersonal skills.
  • Organised. Proactive. Analytical. Process orientated. Focused. Disciplined.

  • Undertake work in the development and maintenance of Logistics  Analyses models.
  • Assemble technical data required to populate the LSAR and maintain the LSAR as new data is available.
  • Provide guidance and advice to the Approved Subcontractors on the development of Logistic Analyses outputs.
  • Support platform design activities.
  • Work with all a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality of all deliverables and exchanges with potential customer and subcontractors are exceptional.

The Document Controller (DC) is to coordinate the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. Working as part of the Project Management Office, the core work initially will be supporting the delivery of documentation to key stakeholders. The Document Controller will be required to work collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders, subcontractors and customer base.

The Role:
The role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Undertake the review of technical and project documentation such as reports and plans, while ensuring that they are optimised for delivery to customers and stakeholders.
  • Working with project team members to track the progress of documentation deliverables to ensure timely submissions.
  • Ensuring that all documentation is filed and stored correctly in the SharePoint document management system.
  • Work with all contributing parties, including our subcontractors, to ensure the quality of all deliverables and exchanges with potential subcontractors are exceptional.

The Candidate:
Essential criteria

  • Tertiary qualification in computer science, business administration or a similar field is preferred.
  • Cert IV in Business or other administration certification is essential.
  • Minimum 5 years in similar role.
  • Experience in Defence sector.
  • Security Clearance: Baseline or NV1 preferred.
  • Works cooperatively with teams and individuals.
  • Communicates well.
  • Good Interpersonal skills.
