Gateway Synergy is looking for highly experienced Full Stack Developer contractor with public sector experience to work on the various stages of the project lifecycle, for a government division.

The Role:
- Participate in requirements analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Write clean, maintainable and scalable code following Departmental standards and practices
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Improve and maintain existing software
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
The Candidate:
- Demonstrated experience in full stack development in C# / .Net Core
- Demonstrated experience with OData RESTful API architecture
- Demonstrated experience with Angular / Bootstrap / Typescript (specify version of Angular in your CV/response)
- Demonstrated experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Demonstrated experience with tests using .NET XUnit,
- Typescript Karma/Jasmine and .NET driving Selenium
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in Agile, incremental and collaborative product development
- Highly developed problem solving skills
What the role offers:
- $1200 -$2000/day contracting rate for the right candidate

The Position
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our client’s Operations Team. As the Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and coordinating all aspects of a project. - Experience working in an Agile software development environment and experience of writing and managing test cases using Azure DevOps
- Demonstrated experience in SQL and querying databases using tools such as SQL Server Management Studio

The Program Managers will be required to:
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with the business and colleagues in other government agencies.

- Lead and facilitate the planning and implementation of the assigned program and project deliverables through reasonable consultation and collaboration.

- Strategically manage vendor relationships and ensure vendors deliver against their contractual obligations.
- Define and drive the program/project schedule in consultation with the department’s executive, Program leadership, and program/project management colleagues.
- Perform additional duties or assume responsibility of functions as directed from time to time.
The candidate requirements
Essential criteria:
- Proven leadership experience in Agile delivery with the ability to communicate effectively and all levels of Government.
- Proven experience applying Agile methodologies within a Government setting.
- Demonstrated experience assisting organisations to transition from traditional project and program management methodologies to Agile ways of working.
- Demonstrated experience in a government setting delivering projects within a modernisation or transformation program of work.
- Significant experience in managing and delivering 5+ programs/projects concurrently.
- Previous experience in defining and managing key performance indicators within program/project teams and delivering successful programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in delivering high quality written communication including Executive briefings at SES levels.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering projects within a commercial construct, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Experience and willingness to work within a multidisciplinary team that places a core emphasis on culture and is highly collaborative.
Desirable
- Agile or scrum certification
- Strong experience with project methodologies and tools specifically DevOps and MS Project or other industry standards. Tertiary and/or Professional Qualifications within the Project Management, Business Management or Public Administration sectors
- Knowledge of, or ability to, quickly gain knowledge of Australian electoral law and practice.
