Gateway Synergy is looking for a Scrum Master on behalf of our client. Our client is a rapidly growing company in the Defence industry, with an urgent need for exceptional professionals.
They are located all over the East Coast and are interested in highly qualified individuals interested in growing with them.
  
The Role & Requirements 

Assume the role of Scrum Master for our PaaS and SaaS initiative,
skillfully orchestrating the delivery of our product strategy, roadmap,
and development. Support and coach a high-performing
cross-functional team, empowering them to deliver cutting-edge
solutions for customer challenges using agile methodologies.
Champion continuous improvement, facilitate sprint planning,
conduct retrospectives, and remove obstacles to ensure the team’s
success. Transform customer problems into innovative PaaS and
SaaS offerings, setting new benchmarks in the industry.

The candidate requirements 

• An exceptional Scrum Master, proficient in agile principles, and adept at navigating complex projects.
• Passionate about resolving customer issues, crafting game-changing PaaS/SaaS experiences, and mentoring team members.
• A skilled communicator and conflict
  resolver, fostering teamwork and collaboration while celebrating
  collective accomplishments.
• Committed to upholding Scrum values, maintaining transparency, and promoting a culture of trust and
  ownership.

Security
This is a security assessed position. The successful candidate must have the ability to attain required Federal Government security clearance.

Other
The role may require national travel, overnight stays and liaison with partners and suppliers.
