The Position
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced medical recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will not just be an employee; you will be a valued member of a close-knit team dedicated to driving healthcare recruitment. We have a hot desk, with a huge database of allied healthcare, general practice, Occupational Therapy and dental companies to work with. Cutting edge technology from AI, marketing systems and a candidate sourcing support.

You will be provided with a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in healthcare recruitment. You will work closely with the director to learn the ropes of candidate sourcing, client engagement, and the end-to-end recruitment process. 

The Candidate 
Key capabilities include:

  • Identifying and attracting healthcare professionals (OT, Physio, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, OT’s, General Practice etc) through various sourcing channels.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve recruitment targets and goals.

Requirements:  

  • Experience on the healthcare industry and recruitment. 
  • Positive attitude 
  • Fluent in English, both in oral and written
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
