A National SME medical company with head offices in Sydney selling medical equipment into a variety of platforms and channels both privately and publicly.

The Position
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales and Leasing Consultant to join the Sales Team. As the Sales and Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for new business generation, and driving relationships between end users and distribution networks.

The Role
The key focus areas of the role include:

• Provide exceptional customer experiences to vendors and purchasers.
• Prepare detailed marketing submissions and property advertising content.
• Continue to build and maintain a comprehensive client database.
• Other tasks as needed related to role as Sales and Leasing consultant

The Candidate 
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar field
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) along with solid presentation skills.
• Experience in generating prospects or leads.
• A strong understanding of real estate legislation and compliance, with a commitment to the highest ethical standards
• Systematic and Organised 
• A focused, driven, and motivated personality
• Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook.
• High degree of computer literacy
