My client is looking for an experienced Account Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Officer for their Sydney location.
The Role
- Processing payments that require a high degree of accuracy exposure
- Responsible for queries
- Meeting weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reporting deadlines is critical
- Responsible for Accounts Payable, Expense Claims and Reconciliation
- Account receivable – issue monthly statements and follow up payment
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
The candidate
- Proficiency in Excel, including creating pivot tables and charts, is essential
- Experience in finance, mainly in AP/AR is essential
- 1-2 years of Accounting experience is desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Office is highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High level of analytical skills with proven ability to model, analyze and summarize data
