Position : Cyber Security Architect

Location : Brisbane

Gateway Synergy is looking for highly experienced Cyber Security Achitect contractors for a government department. An exciting opportunity is open for various roles for a rapidly growing project. Be part of a team that makes meaningful changes and improves Australian lives. 

The Role:
The role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• deliver cyber subject matter expertise to the creation and maturity of
  our agency’s architectures
• contribute to development of information security policy, standards
  and guidelines utilising contemporary industry best practices such as
  security by design
• obtain and act on vulnerability information and security risk
  assessments, business impact analysis and accreditation on complex
  information systems
• undertake current state analysis of the Cyber Security division and
  understand, document and redesign business processes, capabilities
  and other business architecture artefacts as needed
• provide expert technical advice, support, and recommendations on
  security best practices, in addition to recommendation of
  security/access models

The Candidate:
Essential criteria

• Sufficient experience in similar roles
• Experience working for government departments
• Eligibility for security clearance
