Position : Network Architect

Location : Melbourne

Gateway Synergy is looking for highly experienced Network Architect contractor for a government department. An exciting opportunity is open for exciting roles at a rapidly growing 6-year project. Be part of a team that makes meaningful changes and improves Australian lives. 

This is an opportunity to relocate to Canberra to work in an exciting govt department. The role will involve being sponsored to receive TS PV 

The Role:
The role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Lead the design, build, test, and operation of networks services in a multi-vendor environment 
• Plan the configuration, implementation, automation, and testing of a gateway environment, adhering to security policy and compliance 
• Provide assistance in the development, support, and management of monitoring systems for a gateway environment 
• Implement, configure, and maintain, including leading change activities, of switches, routers, and firewalls in a multi-vendor environment 
• As required, undertake any other tasks as requested by the Technical team

The Candidate:
Essential criteria

• Experience with a similar role, preferably in a government department
• Possesses an NV1 Security clearance or higher
