Position : Cyber Security Engineer

Location : Melbourne

Gateway Synergy is looking for highly experienced Cyber Security engineer contractor with above-the-line Defence systems experience to work on the various stages of the project lifecycle, for an Aerospace Systems Divisions of the Department of Defence.

The Role

• Increase the pace of defect correction of the SIEM Product
• Develop and continuously improve the SIEM product
• Provide expert consultation and problem solving where needed

About You

• Experience and expertise with SIEM products
• Skilled in JIRA, Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, Ansible
• Strong scripting skills, especially in Python
• SFIA level 3, 4, and 5 eligible to apply
• A minimum of current baseline security clearance

What the role offers

• Up to $2000/day contracting rate for the right candidate
• 12 months contracting role with extensions
• Below the line role
