The Position
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our client’s team in Brisbane. As the Client Relationship Manager you will work closely with the client company’s customers and business partners to establish and maintain positive commercial relationships

The Role
The role includes (but not limited to):

• Act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders within existing clients
• Travel and face to face customer service to clients across Queensland
• Liaising with clients, maintaining and constantly improving client satisfaction
• Liaise with the internal team in order to maintain client satisfaction and solve problems for existing clients
• Representing the company to clients by maintaining a positive and professional attitude

  
The Candidate 
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience in publishing preferred but not required for this role
• Experience as a Client Relationship Manager needed
• Great customer service skills and a great positive attitude
• We need someone who loves books and are passionate about them
• High energy individuals who can work independently
• Willing and are able to travel extensively interstate
