Position : Multiple Senior Front-end Software Engineers

Location : Sydney

Gateway Synergy is looking for highly experienced Senior Front-end Software Engineers contractors for a government department. An exciting opportunity is open for various roles for a rapidly growing project. Be part of a team that makes meaningful changes and improves Australian lives. 

The Candidate:
Essential criteria

• Experience developing and delivering public facing web applications utilising established development tools, guidelines and conventions including the following technologies:
  ·        JavaScript / Typescript, vite, webpack, npm, pnpm
  ·        Modern reactive frontend frameworks including Vue, React, Lit, Svelte, Stencil etc.
• Experience building and/or using design system component libraries.
• Experience delivering accessible user experiences.
• Unit / Automated UI testing
•  Community building and product adoption.
• Good communication and developer experience support skills.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Azure and/or .Net web Application and API development
• Experience with drupal/GovCMS in a traditional or headless model
