Position : Data Architect

Location : Sydney

Gateway Synergy is looking for highly experienced Data Architect contractor for a government department. An exciting opportunity is open for exciting roles at a rapidly growing 6-year project. Be part of a team that makes meaningful changes and improves Australian lives. 

This is an opportunity to relocate to Canberra to work in an exciting govt department. The role will involve being sponsored to receive TS PV 

The Role:
The role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Lead the development and operation of data transport, processing and storage solutions 
• Ensure end to end operation of data systems 
• Review and analyse data infrastructure 
• Plan for future data solutions 
• Develop data management methodologies 
• Familiarity with big data systems 
• As required, undertake any other tasks as requested by the Technical team

The Candidate:
Essential criteria

• Experience with a similar role, preferably in a government department
• Possesses an NV1 Security clearance or higher
