Gateway Synergy is looking for an DevOps Engineer on behalf of our client. Our client is a rapidly growing company in the Defence industry, with an urgent need for exceptional professionals.
They are located all over the East Coast and are interested in highly qualified individuals interested in growing with them.
  
The Role & Requirements 

Lead the implementation of cutting-edge DevOps practices using
Kubernetes and Rancher, enabling seamless deployment and
management of applications. Drive innovation and efficiency,
ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance. Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to design and deliver PaaS products that
delight our customers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement,
mentoring and guiding your team in adopting best practices and the
latest advancements in DevOps.

The candidate requirements 

• Passionate about revolutionising development operations, driving efficiency, and delivering high-quality applications.
• An expert in Kubernetes, Rancher, and DevOps methodologies.
• Deep understanding of containerization, microservices architecture, and infrastructure automation.
• A creative problem solver, developing scalable solutions that meet the organisation’s evolving needs.
• A strong communicator and leader, dedicated to fostering
  collaboration, nurturing talent within your team, and driving
  excellence in every aspect of your work.

Security
This is a security assessed position. The successful candidate must have the ability to attain required Federal Government security clearance.

Other
The role may require national travel, overnight stays and liaison with partners and suppliers.
