The Role & Requirements
You’ll be the main conduit between the client company and its primary client and have overall responsibility for delivering on successful outcomes. In this First Of A Kind capability, you will serve as a liaison between the client company’s Cloud and its client, a major Federal agency, to understand the broader needs of and develop strategies to support the high adoption of cloud services within the Department, with a commercial and project team underneath you in delivering these outcomes.
The candidate requirements
- With extensive leadership experience at a senior level and proven ability at influencing and affecting change, you are ready to deploy your talents, experience and network in service of our national security in a commercial context.
- You enjoy managing complex clients and stakeholders and can leverage your leadership skills to rally a team under sometimes challenging circumstances to deliver on the mission.

This is a security assessed position. The successful candidate must have the ability to attain required Federal Government security clearance.

Your expertise and leadership will be invaluable in building a strong and cohesive team of professionals who share a passion for excellence and a commitment to the defence of our nation.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified veterans from diverse backgrounds. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including People & Culture and hiring managers, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for veterans and facilitate their successful integration into the organisation. Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and support to veterans, addressing any challenges they may face during their transition to civilian employment. Establish and maintain strong relationships with ADF networks, veteran support organisations, and government agencies to stay informed about available resources and best practices in veteran integration and support. Develop and deliver training and workshops to educate employees and management about the unique skills and contributions veterans bring to the organisation and foster a culture of inclusion and support.
